Thermal transfer printing
In thermal transfer printing, we produce self-adhesive labels for you, which are characterized by their long-lasting print image. Therefore, they are often used to mark goods that have a long shelf life or that have to be marked precisely.
We heat the foil
When it comes to thermal transfer printing, all good things come in threes: the interaction of printer, ink film and paper creates high-quality printed labels in no time at all. The heating elements in the print head – also known as dots – ensure sufficient heat. During printing, they heat up the temperature-sensitive color film. The color layer melts and transfers the color precisely to the label underneath.
Clear optics
There are many options for the graphic design of your labels. The printing is full or partial as well as one or more colors. There is also a wide range of colors to choose from.
Our barcodes remain
Thanks to the high scanning rate and good contrast, this printing process is well suited for creating a variety of barcode and barcode labels. We offer continuous numbering and barcodes according to different standards and with different color ribbons.
